Man calls police, takes responsibility for fatal stabbing
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - A 33-year-old man told police on Sunday he is taking responsibility for the death of a man known to him, the Anchorage Police Department reported. APD said police had responded to a Midtown apartment around noon Sunday on a report of a dead person. A suspect, Cecil Skipper, complied with orders to meet officers outside the apartment, where the lifeless person had a stab wound to the upper body.
