Missouri Ozarks Community Health recently announced it received a score of “no findings” during its Health Resources and Services Administration site visit in June.

“We are very proud of our staff for this outstanding accomplishment,” said Randall Gann, chief financial officer at Missouri Ozarks Community Health. “Having no findings on our site visit shows the dedication that our organization and staff have for the quality care we provide for our patients.” HRSA site visits are completed at federally qualified health centers every three years.

A HRSA site visit ensures that federally qualified health centers comply with the health center program and follow all regulations. HRSA staff evaluate the federally qualified health center’s quality of care, clinic accessibility and financial management.

“It is very reassuring as a physician to work for an organization that not only provides excellent care, but has also cultivated a culture of honesty, integrity and dedication to improvement,” said Dr. Joshua Wolfe, medical director at Missouri Ozarks Community Health. “While this site visit required intense preparatory work by many, it was only a continuation of what I see our administration and employees doing every day.”

As a federally qualified health center, Missouri Ozarks Community Health receives grants from HRSA which help provide health services to the underserved areas of Douglas, Ozark, Texas and Wright counties.

“MOCH has always taken the responsibility of the federal grant funds very seriously and this site visit is a testament to that,” said Gann. “We will continue to use the grant funds to expand the services we offer to our communities.”

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is a federally qualified health center established in 1996. Missouri Ozarks serves the counties of Douglas, Wright, Texas and Ozark. Various services are offered at clinics, including primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health care, prenatal care and pediatric care.
