Stan Norfleet of Next Up recaps the Houston Rockets defeating the Chicago Bulls 127-117 Thursday at the Toyota Center. The Rockets add to their hot streak, winning seven straight games. During the contest, Bulls guard DeMar DeRozan committed a Flagrant II foul on Jalen Green. Dillon Brooks confronted DeRozan, receiving a technical foul, and both players were ejected from the game.

The first round of the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament began Thursday. The Kansas Jayhawks defeated the Samford Bulldogs 89-93 in controversial fashion as Samford's A.J. Staton-McCray was called for a foul after blocking Nick Timberlake's breakaway dunk.

Dick Gabriel, host on 630 WLAP in Lexington, joins to break down the Oakland Golden Grizzlies upsetting the No. 3 seed Kentucky Wildcats 80-76. Craig Way, play-by-play voice for the Texas Longhorns and host on AM 1300 The Zone, also joins to discuss the Longhorns defeating the Colorado State Rams 56-44.

The Texans signed former Carolina Panthers cornerback C.J. Henderson to a one-year, $3.25 million deal, and Eric Edholm, lead draft writer for NFL.com, talks about how the Texans are looking to improve on last season's success.
