Cooking with Flavour , the beloved culinary hotspot known for its exquisite catering and dining experience, is making a grand comeback at a new location. After closing its original establishment in November 2023, the restaurant is gearing up to reopen at 12435 John F Kennedy Blvd #101 . Situated conveniently near George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), this new location promises to offer a blend of luxury and quick-service dining for both locals and travelers.

In an exclusive interview, Owner Charles “Chef Chike” Anyichie shared insights into the anticipated reopening. He is currently waiting for plan approval, but everything is moving forward smoothly. The original location was closed due to being a bit outdated so he could usher in the brand with a new and more modern luxury feel. The revamped restaurant will primarily focus on catering services, complemented by an intimate dining area with seating for 50 to 75 guests.

Chef Chike’s vision for Cooking with Flavour is to establish it as a premier dining destination for travelers arriving at IAH. He wants to create a true elevated luxury and fast-food spot where people can enjoy high-quality meals just outside the airport. The restaurant will initially offer short order foods, emphasizing to-go options for those on the move.

The new location is set to open its doors between the end of June and the beginning of July 2024.
