    HOUSTON ( KIAH ) – It’s Wednesday, July 10 and Houston is still in recovery mode from this weekends severe weather. There’s been a lot of debris and damage and so many are still without power. Houstonians always come together after these storms. So on today’s Houston Happens, Maggie Flecknoe will continue to showcase resources to help you get through the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl.

    We’ll have information on where to find food, water and shelter on today’s show. Plus updates on road closures and power outages. Host Maggie will be talking to experts about how to stay safe and healthy during this time.

    Later, she’ll be joined by the founder of Latin Restaurant Week and one of the participating restaurants. They’ll be talking about their hurricane specials and what they’re doing to help Houstonians in the wake of the storm. So, stay tuned for all that and more on Houston Happens.
