Salad and Go, a one-of-a-kind restaurant concept on a mission to address the conflict between affordability, accessibility and wellness, is continuing its rapid expansion with two new store openings this week: one on July 16th in La Marque at 3011 FM 1764 and one on July 20 at 9604 Fry Road in Cypress.

“2024 is a breakout year for Salad and Go. We have the right offering and the right team at the right time,” said Charlie Morrison, CEO of Salad and Go in a statement. “It’s what people want – affordability and healthy food.”

With the latest additions in the Houston area, Salad and Go continues to further its mission of accessibility to nutritious meals for everyone, especially at a time when food and restaurant inflation is pressuring Americans.

Salad and Go, which operates more than 60 stores across the state, is also proud to give back to the communities it calls home. In honor of the new store openings and in partnership with The Salvation Army Texas City Corps and Cypress Assistance Ministries, Salad and Go will donate hundreds of fresh salads created during team member training.

Salad and Go serves up made-to-order, fresh and healthy options such as breakfast burritos, bowls, and coffee to kick-start the day, to salads and wraps with protein available under $8.

Salad and Go’s menu is guided by a food ethos from Michelin-star trained Chef Daniel Patino, who has brought the high standards of fine dining to a quick-service model. Without additives, stabilizers or preservatives, the Salad and Go menu features cleaner ingredients.
