Texans' C.J. Stroud and Stefon Diggs are at training camp already proving there won't be a chemistry issue

The Houston Texans made some changes to their team this offseason, but none of them were more polarizing than the trade of former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who is now being added to an already elite receiver corps.

The move was polarizing because, yes, he is one of the best wide receivers in the league. But also, because he is a guy that has been known to piss some people off - particularly the entire Buffalo Bills fan base with what has been said to be whining and other chemistry issues.

Now, we have not been in those huddles, in the locker room, or in the meeting the Bills, or any other team have, so we can't say that is 100% true. However, it is a narrative out there that we can't ignore.

But what we can do is see Diggs beat that narrative during his time with the Texans, even if it is going to be just this season we see him in the new sweet Houston threads. With training camp starting earlier this week, the team is already putting in crazy work together. Diggs and Stroud, along with guys like Mixon , Dell, and Collins, are all already making plays.

And, when they aren't working their tails off, Stroud and Diggs are showing just how good their chemistry already is.

The two of them already have a handshake made up, whether they will use it before games or during touchdown celebrations. But, it's a pretty good one, though, that is sure to catch a lot of attention when they do it during games.

Diggs has everyone against him this season, besides the Texans and Texans fans. So, he has every reason to prove everyone wrong in 2024 and to start that, he needs to have great chemistry with the guy throwing him the ball.
