Will Kunkel, sports director at FOX 26 Houston, joins Next Up following the NFL Hall of Fame game that saw the Houston Texans lose 21-17 to the Chicago Bears; however, the matchup ended with 3:31 remaining in the third quarter Thursday due to inclement weather.

Davis Mills started for the Texans at the quarterback position and completed 10 of 13 passes for 102 yards and a touchdown. The 2021 third-round pick is competing with veteran Case Keenum for the backup quarterback spot behind starter C.J. Stroud. Even though the Texans were facing second- and third-team defenses, based on last night's playing time, Mills is "no doubt" the backup quarterback, Kunkel said.

Kunkel also talks about the performances of players like Kenyon Green, Cam Akers, Dare Ogunbowale and Ben Skowronek and previews the Hall of Fame induction of Andre Johnson.
