Some Saharan dust is still hindering major tropical weather development across the Atlantic basin. One area of showers and storms is still being monitored for possible development in the central Atlantic. It now has a MEDIUM 40% chance for development by early next week as it moves close to the Lesser Antilles. New listings jump 25% in latest HAR weekly snapshot
New listings in Houston jumped 24.9% year over year in the week ended Aug. 26, according to the Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR). Realtors added 3,623 properties to the MLS, up from 2,901 properties during the same week in 2023. Pending listings rose 0.7% to 2,053.
