Aqua Pennsylvania filed an application in May seeking a rate increase from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Selinsgrove, Pa. — Two people were confirmed to have bitten by a fox suspected to be rabid in Selinsgrove yesterday near the East Snyder Community Garden.
