According to the report, Dylan Vrancich, 25, was indicted on a felony count of aggravated vehicular homicide and two misdemeanor counts of OVI.

Vrancich hit a utility pole on Colonial Drive on May 17, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

OSHP said the passenger, Nicholas Thompson, 41, of Youngstown, died in the crash.

After a preliminary investigation, it was determined that speed was a factor and that Vrancich was driving while under the influence of alcohol, according to OSHP.
