Ohio's first Buc-ee's convenience store near Dayton will host a groundbreaking ceremony on August 8 as construction on the location begins, according to a Buc-ee's press release.

The store, located at 8000 State Highway 235 in Huber Heights, a suburb on the north side of Dayton, will have 100 fueling positions, 24 electric vehicle charging stations and occupy 74,000 square feet, according to a statement released by Buc-ee's.

“Huber Heights is the perfect spot for our first Ohio store,” Buc-ee's representative Stan Beard said. “It's a beautiful stretch of I-70 between Columbus and Indianapolis, and we are excited to be a part of this community.”
