New Bern Christmas in July announced that they will be having a festival and gala on Saturday, July 13 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. and will feature vendors, food trucks, raffle prizes, arts and live music. There will also be a live appearance from Santa and Mrs. Claus for children and all to enjoy. They will also partner with other nonprofits to obtain food, toys, clothing and donations.
