District 4 9, Pennsylvania 3 : District 4 stayed alive in the Senior League East Regional with a quarterfinal win at Rockwood Field.

District 4 will face New Jersey at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Vernon Hill Field.

Major Little League

Jesse Burkett 18, New Hampshire 0 : Madysen Smith recorded two hits and notched a no-hitter, while Sophia Delvalle added a three-run inside-the-park homer as Burkett (2-0) continued round robin play in the New England Regional with a win at Bristol, Connecticut.

Burkett resumes play Wednesday.

Hudson 6, North County 0: Chase Donahue went 3 for 4 with an RBI and two runs, Chase Barrett was 2 for 4 with an RBI and a run, and Bobby Long had two hits and scored as Post 100 blanked North County the first game of a best-of-three series in the Zone 4 finals.

Michael Domino allowed four hits and struck out four over four innings, and Ryan Graf tossed three shutout innings to secure the victory.

The teams were slated to play Game 2 at 5:30 p.m Tuesday.
