CONCORD — Felix Urrutia, 51, of Rochester was sentenced Wednesday to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple methamphetamine distribution charges, according to Jane Young, U.S. attorney for New Hampshire. Urrutia was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Paul J. Barbadoro, also receiving three years of supervised release after serving the prison sentence.
