WINCHESTER - Beth Preston, a Winchester resident since 2002 where she resides with her three kids and two dogs, is gearing up for her seventh Pan-Mass Challenge ride in the fight against cancer on Aug. 3 and 4. Preston herself was diagnosed with breast cancer in February of 2017 and joined the roughly one in eight women who receive that diagnosis.
