Conor McGregor's latest legal proceedings show he's just as vicious in the courtroom as he is in the cage.

Following a $5.1 million lawsuit win over boxing legend, Manny Pacquaio, in which Manny was ordered to pay Conor's management team for breach of contract during negotiations for a boxing match that never materialized, the 34-year-old Irish-born UFC superstar moved his attention to another lawsuit with ex-training partner, Artem Lobov.

"The GOAT", as Artem is satirically referred to by fans, is currently suing Conor for

"Unpaid profits from McGregor’s Proper No. 12 whiskey brand" (as reported by Alexander Lee of MMAfighting.com).

Lobov's case revolves around the argument that he was a key contributor to the ideation of Conor's whiskey brand, Proper No. 12 Whiskey, and should be compensated accordingly. This, coming shortly after Conor sold his majority stake to Proximo Sports for a reported $600 million.

Despite turning down an offering of $1 million from Conor in the past, the 13-15 fighter looks to cash in on a $30 million settlement, if he sees a favourable court result.

In a now-deleted Tweet, Conor had this to say regarding their initial court hearing,

"Manny owes 8 all in. 5.1 he owes and then 2.9 in legal fees. Legal fees are heavy but that's what we do. weight operations. Rartem you already owe me two rounds of court fees, awarded by the judge. There will be judgement on your home as this progresses because I know you won't have my legal fees. I will have no choice but to take your home. You are a mad thing lol. Silly c*nt."

It's sad to see friends turned foes, especially as the pair's loyalty to one another has been covered and admired in the MMA space, throughout both of their fighting careers.

But, you know what they say -- money changes people.
