Billionaire tech tycoons, Elon Musk & Mark Zuckerberg, may just settle their social media beef inside the UFC's famed octagon.

Originally, the idea came about from a Tweet announcing Meta's THREADs -- a direct competitor to Twitter. Elon responded to the thread, poking fun at Mark's quest for world domination. When another Twitter user responded, warning Elon of Mark's newfound Brazilian Ju-Jitsu prowess, Elon responded by saying,

"I'm up for a cage match if he is lol."

Mark then responded via Instagram, accepting the offer by quoting ex-UFC lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmogomedov.

    "Send Me Location."

The fight has since taken on a life of its own, with neither side wanting to give in. And, professional fighters such as ex-UFC two-weight world champion and MMA legend, George St. Pierre, offering to train Elon for the fight.

Recently, UFC president, Dana White, broke down the likelihood of the fight materializing. In an interview with TMZ, Dana publicly offered to promote and broadcast the event.

"I was talking to both Elon and Mark last night. Both guys are absolutely dead serious about this... This would be the biggest fight in the history of the world."

With all proceeds going to charity, Dana revealed casinos and online betting sites have already put betting odds out for the fight -- with Elon coming in as a slight favourite.

Elon is the bigger man and has spoken openly about his background in judo. And, in recent years, the smaller Mark has openly begun training MMA, become quite the die-hard fan of the sport, and trained in competed in Ju-Jitsu matches, even taking home gold at a local event in California, earlier this year.

Suffice it to say, an MMA fight between two middle-aged tech billionaires (Elon, 52, Mark, 39) is not the best use of their financial or mental resources.

But it would be quite the spectacle -- something the internet has come to expect.
