CASPER, Wyo. — Temperatures will return to the 90s this weekend and well into the upcoming work week as high pressure settles in and builds over central Wyoming today. Today’s forecast high from the National Weather Service in Riverton is 89 in Casper. That’ll be accompanied by sunny skies and a light west wind increasing to 11–16 mph by mid-morning. Gusts could reach 24 mph. Winds are expected through this evening as the low begins to fall toward 56. Clear skies are expected tonight as well.

The National Weather Service in Rapid City, South Dakota, is expecting mostly clear skies, save for the haze, and a high of 87.
