Do you want to make vacuuming or mopping an easier experience at your house? It’s about time and here’s how you can do both: Bissell’s Crossweave OmniForce Edge is apparently an “ absolute beast ” of a cordless cleaner that lets you vacuum and mop your floors simultaneously, killing two birds with one stone. It works so well that one reviewer says it has an “ingenious design” that’s helped freshen their rugs and floors: “Usually, when something is advertised to be dual or multi-use, you can expect one but not both to be high quality, but in the case of the Crosswave, it does an exceptional job on both hard floors and rugs. I was expecting mediocre on the rugs, but nope, it cleans them exceptionally well and makes them look like new.”

Right now, you can get this dual cleaner at a rare discount: $100 off after clipping the on-page coupon for a price of just $299 . That’s a wild deal, considering the Edge is Bissell’s newest model in the CrossWeave series and was only released last month. Its $299 price tag is also significantly less than the regular CrossWeave OmniForce , which currently costs $340 on Amazon .

The CrossWeave OmniForce Edge offers up to 30 minutes of cordless cleaning per session, and the inclusion of Bissell’s Edge technology means you can clean right up against baseboards and walls without struggling to reach. It works like your standard push vacuum cleaner, except it has the addition of a mop tank, letting users switch between sucking or mopping their floors or doing both at once. You load its mop tank with one of the included cleaning solutions — either the hard floor or the pet multi-surface formula — then push it against hard surfaces or area rugs to clean up stains and odors. The Crossweave OmniForce has two tanks to separate the dirty and clean water, plus a bin for tossing the dry dirt and debris. It has a charging stand for juicing it up while it’s put away.

The model’s Edge technology makes it a particular standout model from the bunch. It’s designed to clean floor edges right up to the baseboards, claiming a “zero-millimeter gap cleaning.” And reviewers say it works. “I love the zero edge function that gets right up against a wall and vacuums everything away,” says one . “It’s something I didn’t even know I needed.

Promising reviews of the cordless Bissell CrossWave OmniForce Edge:

“[…] How well does it clean? Incredibly. Usually when something is advertised to be dual or multi-use, you can expect one but not both to be high quality but in the case of the Crosswave, it does an exceptional job on both hard floors and rugs. I was expecting mediocre on the rugs, but nope, it cleans them exceptionally well and makes them look like new. The instructions clearly state it is for area rugs and not carpet but I used it on both with great results. It made my area rugs look like new and I only used the multi-use brush. I’m going to purchase the rug brush to see if it works even better. And I have white carpet in my home office with low pile that was fairly dirty so I first vacuumed with my vacuum cleaner then used the Crosswave and was really impressed. It is not longer a dingy white, but back closer to its normal color. There are two switch modes, hardwood and rugs and it dispenses about twice the liquid on the rug mode, but my rugs and carpet were bone dry in 8 hours or so. I suggest dry vacuuming after dry to make the pile stand up better. Since my tile floors were pretty dirty, I used the rug mode for them the first time and it seemed to work a bit better in cleaning the ground in messes. The second time I used hard floor mode and it worked great. All my tiles are porcelain with shallow grout and it even cleaned the grout very well. That was another issue some complained about. And I couldn’t believe how filthy the water was in the dirty water tank. The first time thru on the kitchen and entrance floors, there was a lot of gritty substance in the tank which I imagine was salt/sand still from winter that got tracked in and I never got fully cleaned with my throw away pad steam cleaner, which I’ll never use again. “I love this thing. I love that you can vacuum alone or vacuum and mop at same time. Came with several different trial sizes of floor cleaner and it’s wonderful to be able to try and use a variety to see which one i liked best. The vacuum compartment is a bit small so i prefer to do a deep vacuum around the house with my other bissell first to pick up majority of things. Then i use this to mop and vacuum any leftovers that my first run through missed. Noise level is GREAT! I have dogs and cats and it’s by far the most quiet one i’ve ever had. The cost was pricey in my opinion but this brand charges a hundred or two for just a durable dry vacuum so price was fair. It would be the same price in the end result if i were to buy a regular bissell vacuum along with a good quality mop (plus the extras of continuing to buy the pads / spray / etc). Charge holds great and it’s SUPER lightweight. The suction is powerful. I’m forsure satisfied. Btw this is the only one in their whole line of cross waves that can vacuum alone. All the rest only vacuum and mop, not one by itself.” — Alexis

“I can’t say enough good things about the Bissell CrossWave. We have a 3500 sqft home with tile, hardwood, and a pet, so I needed something that could handle both vacuuming and mopping. This machine has been a lifesaver. It does a fantastic job on my LVP floors with just distilled water, and I’ve even spot-cleaned rugs with great results. The edge cleaning feature is incredible, getting right up to the baseboards, and I love how easy it is to clean the roller. It’s quick, effective, and perfect for daily use with pets and kids. Highly recommend. ” — TechGuru

“Freaking awesome! In our house we rotate the chores and mopping the kitchen / main level was my least favorite. I mean think about it it’s really two chores in one, first you have to sweep or vacuum then mop, and depending on how dirty the floor is you might have to do a water swap before finishing up. This takes all those steps and condenses them into one. I was worried how it was going to do with pet hair (we have a white lab, and a white ragdoll cat) and the turbo mode picks up the hair so quickly it’s really impressive. Then when you go to clean the dirty water tank, there’s a strainer piece that catches all the hair, give it a shake over the trashcan and all the hair comes out in one wet clump. As for the battery the first time I used it I took it from 100% to 59% and that was the deep clean probably 30-45 minutes (I can’t imagine using more than I did that time), I ran out of water/cleaning solution as I continue into the hallways and bathroom ... It was almost fun, not so much the act, but seeing the results, I definitely recommend this for high traffic hard surface floors, especially if you have shedding pets. ” — Justnl

I finally found something that makes my kids want to clean the floor. No more screaming about who has to do it. Since we got this, their only argument has been who gets to use it. It works well, comes uncharged and took a few hours to charge. Came with a couple kids of soap. We used it on wood and ceramic floors and it works great. The roller that cleans looks like a paint roller and it just spins around. It’s absolutely nasty after the first cleaning. I wish they had send extras of those as well. Hopefully those can be pitched in a pack of multiple units and they can be swapped out. It makes some cool little noises and beeps and songs for the different functions. It really has quite a futuristic feel. So far, it works and cleans well and I have eager teenagers ready to use it- so that’s a win in my book any day of the week. Thanks for an awesome little machine” — Resto_Dad

Okay, this thing is amazing! It works so darn well. I’m very impressed. I was skeptical at first because of the price but omg it really works great. I vacuumed with my old cleaner first and got my usually amount of dog hair and dirt, then I used this and got like twice the amount even after I used the other!! I love it.” — Shelby
