NEW YORK - Tenants of a Bronx apartment building say they're being abused and ignored by their landlords, Fordham Fulton Realty. The tenants of 480 East 188th Street say they are living in deplorable conditions, and now Legal Aid has filed a lawsuit on their behalf. Two charged after traffic stop with illegal gun possession
MAMAKATING – Two people have been arrested following a traffic stop on Route 17 west in the Town of Mamakating on weapons possession charges. State Police announced on Wednesday that minutes before 5 a.m. on July 1, they stopped a vehicle occupied by two men and with the aid of a K-9 unit, located an illegal loaded Taurus G3C .9mm semi-automatic handgun in the glovebox.

Orange County to Purchase Maple Avenue Building
CHESTER – On Monday, July 9, Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus officially signed the resolution, entering into an agreement to purchase the Maple Avenue Building located in the Village of Chester. The future of the building has been under consideration for some time, including a failed referendum in 2019 until on July 2nd, the Orange County Legislature moved the process of acquiring ownership along with a unanimous vote.
