Breakfast each morning at LA TERRASSE was a huge highlight of the stay. The scenic and stylish restaurant served a made to order western set complete with freshly baked pastries, fresh salad and fruit, and decadent egg course. A perfect way to start the day before exploring the iconic surrounding area.

MUNI is located just a short walk from the famous Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. We also loved walking along the tranquil Katsura River, shopping along the buzzing street and crossing the tranquil Togetsukyo Bridge at sunset.
