Edison Issues Flash Flood Warning
EDISON, NJ - The township has issued a flash flooding warning on Sunday until 7:45 PM, according to a nixle alert. The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a flash flood warning across Middlesex, Somerset, Morris, and Hunterdon County. According to the township, an estimated one to two inches of rain are possible over the next several hours. A 27-year-old Bloomsbury man has been arrested for allegedly manufacturing child porn. Seth Maguire was charged with one count of first-degree directing child sexual abuse material, one count of second-degree possession of child sexual abuse material, and two counts of third-degree sexual conduct with a child, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée Robeson announced.

Hunterdon County library installs book pick-up lockers to expand public access
Hunterdon County Library (HCL) patrons now have access to materials they have requested any time that is convenient to them. The installation of book lockers at the HCL North County Branch, at 65 Halstead St. in Clinton, and at the Holland Free Public Library, an affiliate of HCL, located at 129 Spring Mills Road, in Milford, are part of a broader effort to expand public access. The book lockers will allow patrons to retrieve library materials 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

A New Jersey man was killed Thursday when the motorcycle he was riding crashed on Interstate 287 in Somerset County, authorities said.
