Warren OKs solar moratorium
The Town of Warren has joined the Huntington County Commissioners in passing a moratorium on solar power projects. The move came on July 8, on week after commissioners announced in a news release that “after careful consideration of the potential drawbacks and benefits to the residents of Huntington County,” they will allow a solar moratorium to take effect. Tennessee man dies on I-69 after experiencing medical event, crashing
HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - A Tennessee man died Tuesday after experiencing a medical event and crashing while driving on I-69. Gary D. Harvey, 76, of Columbia, Tennessee went unconscious and crashed into the rear of a semi tractor-trailer near mile marker 283 in Huntington County. Law enforcement officers and first responders attempted CPR on Harvey but were unsuccessful.

Huntington County coroner IDs man who died in I-69 crash
MARKLE, Ind. (WFFT) - The Huntington County coroner has identified a man who died after a medical emergency caused him to crash his pickup on I-69 early Tuesday morning. The coroner says 76-year-old Gary D. Harvey of Columbia, Tenn. was driving a 2012 Dodge pickup truck south around 6 a.m. when he lost consciousness.

HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – One person is dead after a crash on northbound I-69 in Huntington County on Tuesday morning. The Huntington County Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened near the 283 mile marker around 11 a.m., which is just three miles south of the Markle exit.
Warren votes in favor of solar power moratorium
