The owner of Finley’s of Greene Street in Huntington and two security guards are facing charges after Suffolk police conducted a State Liquor Authority compliance check.

Police say the check was conducted after 11 p.m. on Friday. Huntington fire marshals and code enforcement issued four combined building, fire and code violations to the owner.

The State Liquor Authority also observed gambling in the bar. Following the arrests, police say the business was closed for the night.
