The dinosaurs are coming back in August and setting up in the parking lot at Walt Whitman Shops.

The LuminoCity Dinosaur Safari Festival, featuring exhibits, animatronics with light art, an interative recreation zone and more, will run from Aug. 22 to Sept. 22.

It includes more than 70  life-size dinosaur displays, such as dinosaurs, mammoths and saber-toothed tigers. Food and an educational area with a safari dig and dino fossil hunt, will also be available.

The show will run daily, Monday through Thursday, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. and Friday through Sunday, from 5 to 10:00 p.m. with admission tickets available for purchase online at luminocityfestival.com or on-site.

This will be LuminoCity’s fifth year of shows on Long Island.
