    Town Board Approves Athletic Programs

    The Huntington Town Board on Tuesday authorized Supervisor Ed Smyth to  execute contracts for the following athletic programs:

    No-cost soccer program sponsored by the county Police Athletic League and the Second Precinct, scheduled from July 1-Aug. 26 at Breezy Park.

    Three-times a week, no cost lacrosse program sponsored by the Police Athletic League and Second Precinct, at Breezy Park from July 3-Aug. 28.

    Tiger Soccer Academy, for soccer camps at Veterans Park from July 15-July 19 and July 22-26.

    Half Hollow Hills Little League for use of Otsego Park for its baseball/softball season end celebration on June 8.

    The town waives fees for use of the park facilitiies.
