ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. — Martinsdale's Walker Story and Lewistown's Sage Henderson led the way for Montanans on the opening night of the National High School Rodeo Finals on Sunday night, both finishing ninth in their event. Story was ninth in boys cutting with a score of 138, nine points behind Luke Haskell of Payson, Utah, in the top spot. USPS opens Big Sky post office
This morning, July 15, the United States Postal Service opened its new post office in Big Sky, the community’s first federally operated post office. The post office is located at 110 Meadow Village Dr., around the corner from the now-retired Big Sky Post Office, which operated for decades under contract with USPS—the old location will keep its P.O. box lobby open through Saturday, July 20, to allow P.O. box-holders to pick up remaining mail.

The Chippewa Cree woman was visiting the Flathead Indian Reservation from the Rocky Boy’s Reservation. In addition to those two reservations, Bear has ties to Billings.
