Bryan-College Station EMS team receives award for saving rural Grimes County man’s life
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - A team of emergency medical personnel were honored Friday after saving a man’s life at a College Station hospital. St. Joseph Health’s 9-1-1 dispatcher Noah Miles, and paramedics Aaron Clark and Robert Burroughs received awards for saving the life of Grimes County man, Eddie Eppler at the St. Joseph Health College Station Hospital three months ago. Eppler awarded each of the team members their own life saving award.

HOUSTON - A popular Katy pie shop, that recently had to close it's doors, has a new lease on life thanks to another local restaurant chain. In April, the Proud Pie Bakery found itself in financial difficulty and some public-crowdfunding was able to help keep the place open.
