(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Red Rally was again back at Civic Center Park on Saturday, July 27, with live music, activities, and various vendors. Country music singer Blane Howard, whose Chiefs fandom shows in songs, performed for a third time at the event. Howard, a lifelong Chiefs fan, is thrilled to be back in St. Joseph again to give the Chiefs Kingdom another solid start. "I come back to the show, and people come back and see me every year.
