First Alert Weather: Dry end to the weekend, possible storms by Tuesday
WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) -It is the last weekend of June in North Central Wisconsin, and it has been a while since we had a dry weekend. Although it will wasn’t completely rain-free during the early morning, much of the day did feature some sunshine. A clear sky and late spring-like for Sunday into Monday. The next weather maker affects the area late Monday night into Tuesday, with showers and storms. There is a chance that some storms either Monday night or Tuesday could be strong. The weather leading up to the 4th of July holiday is expected to stay dry and be a bit warmer, however, showers and a chance of storms could move back in by Thursday night and last into Friday.
