Voluntary Evacuation in DeSoto Due to Heavy Rains
De Soto, Mo. (KFMO) - Joachim Creek, in DeSoto, turned in to a river Tuesday afternoon after heavy rain fell across the region. First responders went door to door on East Second and East Third Streets alerting residents of the rising water.
