Last summer, Fox 9 reported on an influx of e-bike traffic in downtown Excelsior and reports of teenagers driving too fast, not wearing helmets, and disobeying traffic laws.

Stewart Cink wins The Ally Challenge for his 1st PGA Tour Champions title
GRAND BLANC, Mich. (AP) — Stewart Cink won The Ally Challenge on Sunday for his first PGA Tour Champions title, closing with a 6-under 66 for a four-stroke victory over K.J. Choi. The 51-year-old Cink, the 2009 British Open champion, won in his 10th career start on the 50-and-over tour. He became the 22nd player to win on each of the PGA Tour’s three tours — the PGA Tour, PGA Tour Champions and Korn Ferry Tour. He won about five months after blowing a late lead in Tucson. “It was a motivation, for sure, once I got near the lead in the first round,” Cink said. “I know I’m capable of winning, but we have this funny way of believing in like the 2% of things that happen instead of the 98%. Tucson I think was probably a 2%,but it happened.”
Mississippi River sheens from 30-gallon dam spill
COON RAPIDS, Minn. – Two sheens flowing on the surface of the Mississippi River originated at a dam operated by the Three Rivers Park District in Coon Rapid. A valve malfunctioned on Tuesday and 30 gallons of lubricant spilled, the District confirmed. Although a petroleum product, the lubricant is not harmful to food or drinking water, the District said. The sheens were spotted first on Wednesday morning a couple miles downstream at the State Highway 610 bridge north of the Interstate 94 crossing of the Mississippi.
