A 29-year-old Cheyenne woman who was being sought on four felony warrants is now behind bars. According to a booking sheet, detectives with the Cheyenne Police Department and deputies with the Laramie County Sheriff's Office were in the area of 711 E. Allison Road at about 10:06 a.m. on July 3, 2024, when they learned that Shanowa Ashley Callender was in the home.
