This is a text messaging scam attempting to persuade E-ZPass customers to enter personal and financial information on a bogus website.</p><p>If you receive a text from "NJ Turnpike Toll Services," DO NOT open the text. They are NOT associated with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority! These text messages claim drivers owe an outstanding toll balance and must click a link to avoid a late fee.</p><p>If you happen to click that link and fill out the form, immediately contact your bank or credit card provider.
