    COLLEGE ROUNDUP: College of Idaho men's soccer falls to Rocky

    The College of Idaho men’s soccer team lost 4-3 Saturday to Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.

    Eric Hornung, Jake Anderson and Jorge Fernandez score goals for the Yotes, while Luke Quinn was credited with two assists.

    Yotes top Rocky

    The No. 12 College of Idaho women’s soccer team defeated Rocky 2-1 Saturday in Billings, Montana.

    Natasja Davis scored both goals for the Yotes in the opening five minutes, one unassisted and her second on assists from Kaeden Hansen and Ava Poyser.

    The College of Idaho (5-0-2) hosts Carroll College on Oct. 11 and the University of Providence the following day at home in Simplot Stadium in Caldwell.

    VOLLEYBALL

    Yotes sweep Jessup-Multnomah

    The College of Idaho volleyball team took three straight from Jessup-Multnomah Saturday, winning 25-12, 25-20, 25-17.

    Mia Hutchinson led the Yotes with 10 kills and three digs, while Abby Draghici had seven kills. Althea Sandoval led in digs with a dozen, and Savannah Hutchins recorded 21 assists.

    The College of Idaho (8-8, 4-4) plays Oct. 4 at Lewis-Clark State.
