    Bingham County primary election day to take place May 21

    BLACKFOOT — Bingham County election officials have reminded voters that election day is coming up on Tuesday, May 21.

    According to a news release from Bingham County, early voting started on Monday, May 6 and will continue through Friday, May 17.

    Danette Miller, elections director for Bingham County, said in the news release that they county is always willing to help residents with questions of concerns about the upcoming election.

    “If you have any questions as to where you would go to vote or what precinct you belong to, please feel free to call our office,” she said in the news release. “You can view the sample ballots on our website.”

    According to the news release, Bingham County also reminded voters that live in the Precinct 6 area that their voting location will no longer be held at the Blackfoot Performing Arts Center near Blackfoot High School.

    “Voters who live in the Precinct 6 boundaries will now vote at the new Riverbend Elementary School located at 730 East Walker Street,” Miller said in the news release.

    Sample ballots can be found at Bingham County’s website at binghamid.gov . According to the news release, election results will also be found on the website after the time for voting has ended.
