    Remarks like this is why. He has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. In that order. It is his right according to law. If they cannot find it there in Moscow then they need to go outside to find a fair trial. Tempers, word bashing and other actions are what the defense needed to request another location. Put to yourselves in his position. I’m not saying he didn’t do anything, I’d rather see the prosecution do their due diligence, based on FACTS not hearsay!
