Georgia Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Chattooga County
Summerville, Georgia Police arrested a McGinnis Circle man – on several felony drug warrants over the weekend. On Sunday, police went to the residence of 52-year-old Billy Ray Hill, and found him sitting in a chair on the front porch. Hill admitted to officers that he had drugs inside the house and he gave police voluntary consent to search the residence. Inside the residence police found suspected methamphetamine and drug related objects. Hill told police he rarely uses meth but keeps it, in order to trade it to women for sexual favors.
