It’s directed by Jon Favreau and will "lead Lucasfilm's ongoing feature-development slate, including films helmed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, James Mangold, and Dave Filoni." The Mandalorian &amp; Grogu currently has a release date of May 22, 2026.At D23 earlier this month, John Favreau and Dave Filoni took the stage to give us our first look at The Mandalorian &amp; Grogu.
