The Clay Vajra is a large, four-legged creature that can be found guarding the entrance to the New Thunderclap Temple. You will find him lurking in the courtyard outside the steps leading to the main temple. The main temple is near the back of the complex, so you will have to fight your way through from the entrance to reach him.

Verdant Glow is in the secret area in Chapter 4 called Purple Cloud Mountain. To reach this area, you must first defeat the Venom Daoist in the chamber to the right of the Pool of Shattered Jade Keeper's Shrine. From there, revisit him again in an empty room on a path branching off to the right of the Temple of Yellow Flowers. Defeat him to unlock the secret area.
