The former pitcher was reportedly pulled over for disregarding traffic signs and cited for driving without a proper driver's license.The former pitcher has been arrested for DUI/DWI three times and faces up to 10 years in prison for his latest arrest. The state of Texas is notoriously strict on DUI/DWI punishment as first-time offender can face up to a $2,000 fine and 120 days in county jail in adherence with Texas state law.Mahomes' attorney reportedly discussed a plea deal to get his punishment changed to 10 years probation, KLTV reported last month. The 53-year-old's arrest came eight days before his son led the Chiefs to their third Super Bowl in five years.The elder Mahomes was in attendance as his son won his third Super Bowl, throwing for 333 yards, two touchdowns and one interception on 34 of 47 passing.
