So they gonna keep saying the shorter can’t stand trial but there are lots of shooter that does stand trial. Seem like they are keeping him from going to prison. This make me very upset. The court system is a big time FAILURE to the community plus 100000% to the family that lost there love one. I say take him into court with lots of handcuffs and chained on him. The shooter family should be afraid of the community at this point.
