Zoë Kravitz Details 'Beautiful Experience' Working With Channing Tatum

Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum are sharing what it was like working with their significant other on a film set while making their red carpet debut as a couple this week after three years of dating and getting engaged .

The couple made their official red carpet debut on Thursday (August 8) at the Los Angeles premiere of the Kravitz's directorial debut thriller Blink Twice , the set where they met and ultimately sparked a romantic connection, per Page Six . Speaking to Entertainment Tonight , Kravitz explained the "beautiful experience" of working with her now-fiancé.

"I think there is so much trust there and you're able to go to places that maybe you couldn't go with someone that you maybe don't know as well," she said, adding, "So it was a really beautiful experience."

Tatum agreed, saying, "It was really interesting, because we started as friends just working on a project that we both really believe in. When things start in that creative place... you just respect each other's point of view, you respect each other's mind, each other's experience in life."

The Magic Mike star added that he really enjoyed creating something new with Kravitz as it helped them get to know each other even better.

"Everybody was like, 'You sure you want to go create with your partner?' But I actually suggest that to almost everyone now, 'cause you really get to know who that person is and what they are to you and who they are to you when you're in the trenches," he said, adding, "You go, 'Alright, I need to have your perspective right now. Tell me, tell me what to do, tell me how to do it. Tell me what I don't know and what I'm not seeing.'"

People confirmed in October 2023 that Kravitz and Tatum had gotten engaged after two years of dating following reports that the High Fidelity star had been spotted wearing an engagement ring as the couple left a Halloween party. Her rockstar father Lenny Kravitz reacted to the news earlier this year, saying that he is "blessed."
