Influencer Kyle Marisa Roth's Cause Of Death Revealed

Social media influencer Kyle Marisa Roth died from cardiac arrhythmia due to myocardial fibrosis, according to documents from Maryland's Chief Medical Examiner obtained by TMZ on Tuesday (August 20).

Roth's toxicology report showed no signs of alcohol, but did confirm diphenhydramine, a common antihistamine marketed as Benadryl and other brands, as well as mitragynine, which is commonly used for pain management. The 36-year-old, best known for her controversial celebrity blind items TikTok posts, died in April, her sister, Lindsay , announced at the time on Instagram.

"My sister Kyle Marisa passed away last week," Lindsay wrote. As a family we are still processing and deciding how to properly celebrate and honor her life. we don’t know happened yet. I know she touched so many people with her humor, intelligence, beauty, gossip activism, athleticism and more - she had so many gifts. If anyone wants to connect about Kyle, I'm here to talk and share memories. I will also keep you in the loop on any memorials as they are planned. I am so sorry to those learning about this loss right now. Any prayers thoughts blessings or intentions for this souls smooth transition are welcomed."

Kyle's mom, Jacquie Cohen Roth , also confirmed her daughter's passing in a post shared on LinkedIn .

“My daughter Kyle has passed away. She touched some of your lives personally and some of your lives via her immense life on another platform,” Jacquie wrote. "Kyle loved and lived fiercely. Nothing makes sense now and we’ll understand more in the next few days. Be kind to one another please."

Roth's final post referenced Tom Sandoval and Jojo Siwa appearing on the FOX reality show Special Forces .
