Shay Mooney's Pregnant Wife Hannah Teases Gender Reveal For Baby No. 4

Hannah Mooney teased an upcoming gender reveal for Baby No. 4 during the second of a two-part episode of Get Real with Caroline Hobby .

Mooney joined podcast host Caroline Hobby for an in-depth conversation that split into two episodes. Toward the end of the conversation, Mooney declined to announce whether she and her husband, Dan + Shay star Shay Mooney , are expecting a baby boy or baby girl . However, she seemed to hint that a gender reveal is on the way.

“I’m gonna let Shay handle the announcement because he’s so funny that I’m like, we’ve got to do something funny or fun, because he’s so fun,” Mooney said. She added that she would tell Hobby after the show.

Throughout the second part of the conversation, Mooney also opened up about “her experience in intensive couple’s therapy” with her husband, “finding out she was pregnant at 23 years old with her first baby, just weeks after looking at engagement rings with Shay,” what makes it tough sometimes being married to a touring artist, supporting her husband’s decision to abandon alcohol, and much more. Previously, the pair spoke about Mooney’s experience in pageants, how she navigated a toxic relationship before marrying her husband, how she met Shay , and more throughout the first part of the conversation, which “is real, raw, and oh-so-relatable—whether you’re in your 20s, 30s, or beyond.”

Shay and Hannah Mooney got married in 2017. The Mooney family announced in late July that Baby No. 4 is on the way. The fourth Mooney baby will join three big brothers: Asher James , 7, Ames Alexander , 4, and Abram Shay , 1.
