Shania Twain, Kelsea Ballerini Appear In New Drama — Watch The Sneak Peek

Shania Twain and Kelsea Ballerini are set to appear as guest stars in a soon-to-premiere drama.

The two country stars will appear in Doctor Odyssey , an upcoming ABC show that follows Max, played by Joshua Jackson , “the new on-board doctor for a luxury cruise ship where the small but mighty medical team navigate unique medical crises and each other, miles from shore,” per IMDb . Doctor Odyssey was created by Jon Robin Baitz , Joe Baken and Ryan Murphy . The star-studded cast includes Jackson, Don Johnson and Phillipa Soo , among others.

Ballerini shared the show’s trailer, which also reveals glimpses of John Stamos and other stars, on Instagram on Tuesday (September 17). Ballerini wrote in her caption that she’s “spent the last few weeks literally screaming crying and throwing up in the dramatic, fabulous world of [ Doctor Odyssey ] and crossing guest star off the bucket list.” The Patterns singer-songwriter promised “more soon on my episode and obsession with the utterly lovely kind and brilliant cast.”

It was unclear as of publication time on Tuesday which episodes viewers can expect to see Twain and Ballerini appear on the upcoming drama series. Doctor Odyssey will premiere on ABC and Hulu on Thursday, September 26.
