Corey Taylor Reacts To Dave Grohl's Love Child: 'It's Very Irresponsible'

Corey Taylor and Dave Grohl are longtime friends , and during a recent visit to comedians Tom Segura and Christina Pazsitzky 's Your Mom's House podcast the Slipknot frontman spoke out about Grohl's current scandal after welcoming a child outside of his marriage .

“Obviously, it’s very irresponsible. I know there are a lot of disappointed fans out there because of the image he’s developed. But I have to remind people that we’re not perfect. He was one of the last people to really have that image,” Taylor admitted before defending his friend. “This happening does not mean he’s not a nice person, because I happen to know him as a person. It means he’s got f***ing issues and he f***ed up. He’s not perfect. It is going to be very difficult for his family. I’m not gonna make any assumptions about why or how it happened. I’m sober, but at the same time, I’ve gone through my own s**t .”

“Did he do something horrible? Yes," Taylor concluded. "But if that’s the one thing that defines him, then what the f**k are we doing? It’s disappointing.”

Grohl has been married to his wife Jordyn Blum since 2003 and welcomed their children together in 2006, 2009, and 2014. Listen to Taylor's full Your Mom's House interview below.
