Halle Berry Gushes Over Boyfriend Van Hunt, Calls Him 'Her Person'

Halle Berry and Van Hunt have been dating for the past four years, and according to the actress herself, it's been the longest relationship she's ever been in — but he is her person.

Berry made a recent guest appearance on " Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard ," where she opened up about a number of topics, one of them being her love life. She said, "This is the longest relationship I've ever been in my whole life. I can't get past three years." She added of celebrating the longevity of her relationship, "We celebrated when we hit four years like we had been married 20 years. That's how big it was for me personally. He's had long relationships, not me."

Of course, being in a longterm relationship does come with some anxiety. She explained, "We both were scared. He was waiting for the shoe to drop and I was waiting to drop the f***ing shoe, because I just can't get past that. It's been such a relief. 'Okay, yes, I can do this relationship thing,' and he's my person, and you just know it."

Finally, she proclaimed, "He's what I've been dreaming of, searching for, needing."
