Fat Joe Reveals The Secret Behind His Drastic Weight Loss

Fat Joe has been slimming all the down over the past few months, and it's all thanks to his new healthy diet and Ozempic.

In an interview with Us Weekly , Joe opened up about his ongoing weight loss journey. He said he cut down on carbs like bread, pasta and rice. Later on, the Bronx native had no shame in admitting that he integrated Ozempic into his nutritional regimen to help him lose 200 pounds. He explained that the diabetes medication helped curve his appetite and allowed him to control his portions.

"Ozempic says you may only have two pieces of your favorite stuff,” he said.

According to TMZ , Fat Joe has been diabetic since he was a teenager so he's no stranger to the medication. He also said he remained disciplined as he used other methods to shed some pounds including years of daily exercise. Now his hard work is finally paying off.

The Terror Squad leader looked more healthy than ever before while he hosted the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards inside Drai's Nightclub in Las Vegas on Tuesday night, October 15. During the show, Joe introduced the stacked list of performers including BossMan Dlow , Trina, Yung Miami , Soulja Boy, Roscoe Dash , Big Boogie, GloRilla and more. Joe and and Oakland native Too $hort also had an opportunity to sit down with Vice President Kamala Harris to talk about her historic campaign for president.
